George A Romero has to be the forefather of zombie movies..and to some extent has set the stereotype of how zombies should look like in modern American suburbia settings like malls and the like. The zombie movies you see today have taken much from his original ideas. Of course the makeup and the special effects in these movies can make them more gruesome than Romero could ever make but his movies have a ghetto, amateur feel about them that makes them just as unsettling in their own way. Anyhow, just a little interpretation of the zombie costumes that most people will wear with great gusto on Halloween and other such events.

Really creepy looking costumes – ideal for Halloween. I’m a big fan of Resident Evil film and the first costume reminds of it.
Halloween is such a great time for the kids and to see who can scare each other the most. It’s amazing the makeup that you can get.
To add to the above post, George A Romero along with friends formed Image Ten Productions in the late 1960s. From this company came one the most celebrated horror films of all time: Night of the Living Dead (1968).

Are you sure there is a boy behind that first zombie picture up top? That looks just like the real thing from a movie. Hate to be running into that on Halloween nite. The other two costumes are just too cute. Not scary at all.

Halloween is huge for adults too! Halloween sales for adults has been growing rapidly over the last few years and it has become a major holiday for the adult crowd.I’m sure the Zombie costume is very popular with adults:)
